Scheduling, Registration and Admission

Physician will give instructions to patient regarding registration. Patient will present to Admitting. Patient should have insurance cards and driver’s license available at time of Registration.

Billing Information

To speak to someone about an account, call 256-927-1303 to speak with financial counselor. Monthly payment arrangement may be made by speaking with financial counselors. Most major credit cards are accepted.

Clergy and Prayer Ministries

Chapel is located in main lobby. Cherokee Medical Center has a Volunteer Chaplain Program. Chaplain are available at patient/family request and emergency situations 24-hours-a-day.
